What is Zoho vs Google Workspace business email?

Both are platforms for you@yourdomain.com. Google Workspace is premium and costs about AED 22 per user/month. Zoho Mail offers a completely free plan for up to 5 users, which is ideal for new freelancers and small businesses trying to keep costs low. I can set up whichever you prefer.

What if I already own my domain name?

That's fine! If you already own your domain (on Namecheap, GoDaddy, Hostinger, etc.), I will request temporary access to configure your email server records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and deploy your profile page without charging you domain purchase fees.

Do I own all the accounts after setup?

Yes, 100%. All domains, email servers, and code files are registered directly under your name or business credentials. Once setup is complete, I hand over all root passwords, remove my temporary access, and send a walkthrough video so you are in complete control.

Are there any recurrent annual fees?

The only recurrent cost is the standard domain renewal fee (~AED 40 to AED 60 per year), which is paid directly to your domain registrar (e.g. Namecheap). There are no recurrent maintenance fees paid to me.
