Affiliate Partner Program Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 17, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the Mdad Affiliate Program.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Mdad Premium Affiliate Partner Program (the "Program") operated by IT Managed World or its affiliated entities ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), accessible via https://itmanagedworld.com/affiliate/. By registering for the Program, applying to become a partner, or participating in any way, you ("Affiliate," "you," or "Partner") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

1. Program Overview

The Program allows approved Affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to our premium digital setup services for freelancers and small businesses in Dubai (e.g., Domain Setup, Business Email, Profile Page, Full Bundle, and related services). Affiliates receive a unique referral code to share. Referred clients receive a 10% discount, and you earn a 10% commission on the total sale amount from qualifying purchases made using your code.

Participation is non-exclusive. We may run similar programs or work with other partners at our discretion.

2. Eligibility and Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering binding contracts.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration and complete any required verification.
  • We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend any application at our sole discretion.
  • You must be an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.

3. Promotion and Obligations

  • Permitted Activities: Share your unique referral code via legitimate channels.
  • Prohibited Activities: Spam, misleading claims, self-referrals, fraud, trademark bidding, promotion on illegal/offensive sites, etc.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws, including clear disclosure of your affiliate relationship where required.

4. Commission Structure and Payments

  • Rate: 10% commission on the total net sale amount (excluding taxes, discounts applied, refunds, or chargebacks) from qualifying purchases.
  • Qualifying Sales: A sale qualifies if the referred client uses your unique referral code at checkout, completes payment, and the service is successfully fulfilled.
  • Payment Method: All commissions will be paid via PayPal to the registered email address you provided during Partner registration. You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal account is active, verified, and correctly linked to the email address on file.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments will be processed within 30 days of service fulfillment, subject to reaching the minimum payout threshold (if any) as communicated on the affiliate dashboard or via email.
  • You are solely responsible for any PayPal fees, currency conversion charges, and all applicable taxes on commissions earned.
  • We may deduct or claw back commissions for refunded, canceled, disputed, or fraudulent orders.
  • No commissions will be paid on sales that cannot be properly tracked to your referral code.

5. Intellectual Property

Limited, revocable license to use our approved marketing materials solely for promoting the Program. All rights remain with us.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

You must keep our non-public information confidential and comply with applicable data protection laws (including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law).

7. Termination

We or you may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination, your license to use our materials ends, and you will be paid for valid commissions earned prior to termination (subject to clawbacks).

8. Representations and Warranties

You warrant that your participation and promotions comply with all laws and do not infringe third-party rights.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Company against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your promotional activities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the preceding 12 months.

11. Disclaimer

THE PROGRAM, WEBSITE, SERVICES, AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS OR EARNINGS WILL BE ACHIEVED.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

  • We make no guarantees regarding the amount of commissions you will earn or the success of any referral.
  • Earnings depend on many factors outside our control, including your audience, marketing efforts, and client conversion rates.
  • Past performance or examples shared are not indicative of future results.
  • You are solely responsible for your own business decisions, compliance with all applicable laws, tax obligations, and any advertising or promotional activities.
  • We are not responsible for any technical issues, tracking failures, or third-party platform changes that may affect commission tracking.

This disclaimer does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Dubai.

14. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
  • You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
  • If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
